Shipping policy

This policy sets out the delivery conditions for orders placed on viannecare.com. It supplements the General Terms and Conditions of Sale (viannecare.com/policies/terms-of-service).

Delivery area

Products are delivered to mainland France, to the address indicated by the Customer when ordering. The Customer is responsible for the accuracy of the delivery information they provide.

Delivery charges

• €5 for a single unit.
• Free delivery from two items.

The applicable charges are displayed at the time of payment.

Delivery times

Delivery times are indicated when ordering. In accordance with Article L216-1 of the French Consumer Code, in the absence of any indication, the Seller delivers without undue delay and no later than thirty (30) days after the conclusion of the contract.

In the event of the Seller's failure to deliver by the date or on expiry of the indicated period, the Customer may, after having instructed the Seller to deliver within a reasonable additional period and where the Seller has failed to do so, terminate the contract (Articles L216-6 et seq. of the French Consumer Code).

Transfer of risk

The risk of loss of or damage to the products is transferred to the Customer when they, or a third party designated by them other than the carrier, take physical possession of the products (Article L216-4 of the French Consumer Code).

Pre-orders

The estimated shipping date for pre-ordered products is specified in the purchase options cancellation policy (viannecare.com/policies/subscription-policy).
