On its own, marine collagen has a pronounced fishy taste. So we've lightly flavoured it with orange: the taste stays light and the daily measure stays pleasant.

You could, but collagen peptides are just the raw material. Your body also needs Vitamin C alongside other ingredients. You could buy these separately—5 products, complicated routine, higher total cost. Or you could take one scoop.

Mix one measure into a glass of water, hot or cold. The light orange taste is designed for water, so we do not recommend using it in other drinks.
